PC Tool is a digital service platform. All purchases are for virtual coins used to access premium tools. No physical products are shipped or delivered.
Coins are delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment. Coin packs are available at various price points as displayed on the Buy Coins page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Eligible for refund: If coins were not credited to your account after a successful payment (payment failure or technical error), you are eligible for a full refund. If the service was significantly different from what was described, a refund may be considered.
Not eligible for refund: Coins that have already been used to access premium tools cannot be refunded. Partial coin balances (some coins used, some remaining) are not eligible for refund. Dissatisfaction with tool output after use is not grounds for refund, as free tools are available for testing.
To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with your registered email address, payment transaction ID or order ID, date of purchase, and reason for refund. We will review your request within 3-5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
There is no subscription to cancel. PC Tool uses a pay-as-you-go coin system. You purchase coins when needed and use them at your own pace. Coins do not expire. You can stop using the service at any time without any cancellation process.
If a payment is debited from your account but coins are not credited, please wait 30 minutes and check your coin balance again. If the issue persists, contact us with the transaction details. Failed transactions where the amount was debited are automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
